Develop new and revised recipes. Determine and measure cooking ingredients. Ensure that the raw materials for the R&D process, PS Training, Photoshoot, etc are complete.

R&D Pastry

Work on product development, better the present production concepts and formulate new recipes. Execute product presentations and samplings. Refine and improve existing menu item recipes and processes. Test product rollout training, quality control, and measurement.
